Maggie Chan is a solicitor based in our Sydney office. Throughout her studies and over four years of legal experience, Maggie has developed her passion in Australian property law and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on handling various conveyancing matters for off-the-plan and second-hand properties in multiple jurisdictions, including NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA and WA, and managing a portfolio of leasing matters for retail and office buildings.

 

Maggie is known for her ability to develop innovative solutions and integrate the client’s interests and personal goals with the law.

 

Maggie has also demonstrated ability to organise and effectively communicate with different stakeholders in Mandarin, Cantonese and English that enable her to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
