  • Advised Shandong Zhaojin Group on its AUD 102 million acquisition of an Australian-listed mining company, providing comprehensive legal support on M&A and mining asset matters. 
  • Assisted Shandong Energy Group and Shandong Gold Group in joint investment negotiations with Australian mining companies, including legal due diligence and regulatory compliance. 
  • Advised a Chinese pharmaceutical company on regulatory compliance and due diligence for product distribution in the Australian and New Zealand markets. 
  • Acted for an ASX-listed company in a proposed AUD 200 million acquisition, including internal compliance review and regulatory approvals. 
  • Represented clients in cross-border litigation and dispute resolution across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, involving defamation, contract, and shareholder disputes. 
  • Provided legal counsel to Nahin Holdings on multi-jurisdictional restructuring and recovery proceedings.
