Prudentia Legal Pty Ltd is a law firm formally incorporated in accordance with the Corporations Act and 

the relevant laws and regulations. On 12 December 2016, Prudentia Legal received official approval from the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China to establish its representative office in 

Shanghai, China.

These are Statements of Ethics from the New South Wales Solicitors Manual, and also our belief and 

identity. We support, adhere to and implement these principles of practice in providing our legal
